Great forum, which I would have found this years ago. I purchased a payday load finder loans ga condo in Jan of 2008 in Las Vegas, NV. I had never purchased a property and was overly excited at the opportunity. I was collecting his money and making the rent payment to the owner - a family member of mine. This payment withdrawn from my account each month and the cash was deposited in into my family members account by me. On paper, it looked like I was making the entire payment. This was not the case as my roommate was kicking in money. I applied with Countrywide for purchase of the property. The officer I worked with said I would not have been approved if pay weekly loans it had not been for me showing I was making the payment each month. About 6 into making payments, I was contacted by countrywide and told that my escrow account was incorrect and my payment needed to be adjusted. It installment payday loan was my first purchase and I was totally blinded by getting my own place I did not ask the necessary questions - pretty naive. I filed for chapter 7 and was discharged in Jan of 2010 - it took a long time to get the bk together so that I would be approved for chapter 7. I left the home and moved into another property where I have been ever since. The deed was just transfered into BofA in August of 2012. Based on the info I have given, does it make sense to take a look further into my loan? I decided a while ago to just let it be but for some reason it has come back up for me.

When Countrywide bought our loan they were like the 3rd bank that our loan had been sold to.

We always paid our own home owners insurance and provided proof of that as well. They also increased our house payment to a level that we could not begin to pay. I would advise you to review EVERYTHING from them just to be safe and protect yourself. Apply for a stafford loan

Desperately seeking attorney referrals in greater LA area or at least Southern California. I have applied for loan modification on November 18, 2010. Finally beginning of August of 2011 I installment payday loan have received the letter stating that they are not able to help me at this moment.

Representative by the phone told me, in April that my application was denied and that she might appeal on the decision. Friend promised to give me support until I receive modification. She was paying half of my mortgage for 12 months, sometimes the whole amount. Once her husband lost his job, she could not help me longer.

I just can imagine my credit score at this point, I am even afraid to look. Based on my calculation if they gave me loan modification I would be able to pay on my own, with little struggling. It seems we are all going to get ill sooner or later. How possible there is no one in this world who should check on their work. When was to give them the money to bail the banks it was easy given. But now in return, we who gave it, we who paid those taxes are getting nothing in return. I wish you good luck, to you and your family and I truly hope someone in the government would take charge of what is going on. Greetings - my wife and I have been working with (if you can call it that) Bank of America for 2. Last week we received a collection notice from Recon Trust which apparently is some offshoot for Bank of America.

Since, I have taken a position with a new company, complete with pay-stubs, etc... They replied in a timely manner and also stated that the investor on our loan is the Bank of New York. So I wrote the Bank of New York regarding our promissory note -- to which I have yet to get a reply. I am a Countrywide Loan - the deed says MERS is the lender. In 2010 I got a BofA modification that was affordable for me until 2015 - due to the recent death in my family, I can no longer pay the modification and decided to give it up and short sell.

For the past month there has been a huge issue over my street address - my address is rural and the issue is about the original loan being called Hwy - but the true address being written as County Highway... I am so confused about what to do about this and whether I should sign these documents. I do not understand any of it but I am not getting return calls from reps at BofA or AMS. I tried hard to keep my home and pay the debt but it is impossible now.

Best scenario would be approval of HAFA, I think but not even sure about that. When I saw the DOJ Mortgage Settlement new in February, I immediately called BofA. My mortgage was originally with Countrywide, then sold to BofA. I learned the Wells Fargo owns the loan and it is serviced by BofA. Since February, I have called BofA many times and told that they were working on my mortgage settlement.

Even received a letter from them thanking me for my inquiry and they would get back with me.

When I spoke with BofA in July, they told me I should be receiving a confirmation letter within the week. Little did I know that the letter was stating that my loan was sold to Select Portfolio Service. When I called BofA told me that nothing would change, only things would go through SPS now.

SPS finally got my records today and told me that BofA had already denied my request for DOJ Mortgage Settlement and they could do nothing installment payday loan to change that. I would have thought that BofA would have to notify me if I was denied. Since your account is owned by Wells Fargo and serviced by SPS I d not believe you will be eligible for assistance under the settlement..

We need to get the president to allow the bankruptcy judges to modify the mortgages because the banks have imposed to many rules in there favor. Are they telling you this solely for the National Mortgage Settlement or are they giving you problems for a regular loan modification as well?
