My negotiater actually answered her extension on the first ring and said yes she sees all of the new requested documents and that she was sending the package to underwriting. She said as soon as she had an answer she would call me back. If I did not hear from her by Jan 2 to call her back to have her check the file again but she said she would hear something sooner. I know any payment made now without a modification will simply be lost money if they decide to foreclose and I have to file Chapt 13 to get them to work with me! I just posted that Kyla called me on friday and we spoke for almost 30 min - she was extremely nice and helpful and explained things to me so that I could understand them and it all makes better sense now. Seems to be the pattern of operation with this company Sorry to hear about your struggles with this Servicer.

I had similar struggles with them a few years back when I decided to go alone and get them to try and modify my loan. Then I went with a quik cash HAMP counselor in the area I live.

I swear they got me my modification within months of signing on with them.

I got a automated message from the people at AHMSI.....

Now they are requesting for the third time updated profit and loss and or paychecks.....

I called them right away and asked why I have to keep resubmitting the same documents over and over when the situation in our house has not changed.... The negotiator apoligized and updated the system to show the records are current.... I told the negotiator I might just contact a local foreclosure counselor who works with the feds to submit my packet since everyone at AHMSI seems to lack the skills to get this task completed.....

I call Katherine and truly it seems she never has any firm memory of speaking to me over and over. She says the system made and error and she is resubmitting to underwriting? I told her I bet within 10 days it will be the same cycle again.... Unfortunately quik cash this is what can happen going through this process, it is very daunting and definitely not for the faint of heart. What has to be kept in mind is that these RMs are working on anywhere from 300-500 files each and the only way they can recall any conversation is by looking up your loan number and checking the notes.
