I have been dealing with my lender for the past 12 months trying to get a loan modification. The NACA budget did not include a lot of misc items and I am not sure how much room the lender had. I am NACA member 751295 and I have been having a nighmare of a time with Seterus I am needing help fast before the situation snowballs. My husband and I went to the NACA event in Richmond Virginia in April.
We went from one workshop to the next, spending a total of about 9 hours. By the time we were done we had an offer from our servicer, BoA, and we were told she would take this to loan payday the investor for approval.
