Best unsecured loans

He keep telling me that it would be my best interest to get rid of it. My wife is willing to state her earnings to increase my income so I would have a better chance of getting approved.

I told the guy that and he said and HOLD OUT that it would not work. I am 14 months past due and my house is almost 150k underwater also in foreclosure.

Below is a complete list of payday loan direct lender no credit check lenders participating in the Making Home Affordable (MHA) program. If you do not find your lender on this list, saturday payday loans that does not mean that they are not offering loan modifications. Most all servicers can modify your home loan at their own discretion. I stand firm in the belief that if a bank took any bailout money whatsoever, then it should be mandatory that they participate in loan mods! Now best unsecured loans I get that a servicer differs from a bank my new servicer is IBM LBPS and per their disclaimer on the bottom of their email, they are part of BofA, is that right? Also, why on earth have I been told be a rep at LBPS that since my previous servicer (Citi) processed an application to Federal HAMP and I was denied, that they REPORTED my name to the US Dept of Treasury and now I am on a BLACKLIST with the US Dept of Treasury? Also - how can Citi sell a mortgage during an open Property Damages Claim? Self-reliance has always been one of the most cherished American values. ENDQUOTE My parents brought me up right and I work hard!

However, once my hubby had to transition to SSDI, we could no longer maintain the payments. I have to deal with all of this by myself and try to take care of him and IT IS HARD AND I NEED HELP!!! I have a Housing Counselor at Lutheran Social Services and he is great, but I wish he was here in my house with me because I am so afraid.

I am doing loan mod with my servicer, CENLAR for 20 mos now, started August 2009.

They placed me in foreclosure after 6 mos, personal money loans Dec 09 no active correspondent with me, even I have faxed them and emailed them my request for status. I think my note holder is US bank and its not on the list. We want to catch up but dont want to impede the loan mod process. The last we were told it has to go through 2 underwriters (went to the 1st on March 30th) and another department before modifying. You may want to give HOPE a try and ask the counselor to have a three way conversation with your servicer to see what the hold up actually is and see if they can help from there. Are you keeping the amount needed to catch up 5 months worth of payments in an account of yours? Since 2007, the LoanSafe forums have helped millions of homeowners over the last 13 years either save their homes with a loan modification, obtain a short sale, forbearance, or walk away legally from their underwater mortgages. While that number is useful to compare servicers, it underestimates the total number of loans that are eligible for the program. Note: Some servicers listed below do not show the number of modifications because they joined the program only in the past few weeks.

MBIA says IndyMac abandoned any reasonable and prudent underwriting standards in an effort to expand its market share during the mortgage lending boom, according to the complaint. MBIA says the thousands of mortgage loans in default or foreclosure would not have occurred if IndyMac had followed the loan-origination practices that it represented to investors it was following. MBIA also named Credit Suisse, UBS and JPMorgan Chase in the suit -- the banks bought the mortgage-backed securities originated at Indymac.

No doubt IndyMac and the others did an awful job of lending.

I just received a certified letter stating that they could not help me in any way on my second lien.

Actual payday lenders

I think they are being stupid, as many of us are being forced to file bankruptcy (Chapter 13 for us) which will eliminate the second. We saw a bankruptcy attorney, and she said the 2nd would be stripped (eliminated). I told Indy this, and that I want to pay and not stick them, and they still said no. I wonder what all the investors would do if they knew what Indy CS people were telling us.

The investors are losing alot of money with these kind of answers. I know they are going to lose my second mortgage money.

You think they would want me to pay a reduced payment instead of nothing at all Under HAMP, the guidelines state that if the first is modified, the second is modified automatically. HOWEVER, this is only if the servicer has agreed to participate in the second lien program (2MP). Now rest assured that the list of participating servicers for 2MP would be published on makinghomeaffordable. They are all regretting signing up for the first one (look at how many new additions to the program have come along and all the reporting requirements... The incentives are too low to make it worth while for servicers to participate in 2MP which is outstanding program but Treasury needs to allocate more funds to it to make servicers willing to participate. The incentives getting loan with bad credit are too low to make it worth while for servicers to participate in 2MP which is outstanding program but Treasury needs to allocate more funds to it to make servicers willing to participate.

IndyMac is not putting people into the Making Home Affordable program and in fact they are not even cooperating with Chapter 13 reorganizations. IndyMac lies and manipulates home owners instead of working with them. Why is there a program like Making Home Affordable when banks do not honor and use it for homeowners in trouble? I think it would be an excellent idea for a representative from the Treasury Department to be on the phone with Indymac Bank and myself. I want them to understand firsthand what homeowners are contending with and see if they can get to the bottom of why IndyMac best unsecured loans is not honoring the Making Home Affordable program. If banks are not going to honor and put home owners into the Making Home Affordable program, Congress needs to know that the whole program is bogus. How many people have applied and qualified for this program? And out of that number how many really did get put into the program? If we cannot get real numbers then how do we know if the Making Home Affordable is working? First of all, I am going to say that I have nothing positive to say about this financial institution.

Everything I have to say about this company is negative. Second, I am going to tell it like it is and if this horrible financial institution does not want to hear the truth about how cold, heartless and uncompassionate they are, then that is their problem.

I lost my job and could not keep up with the payments for my mortgage, so filed a Bankruptcy Chapter 13 in order to save my house from foreclosure. However, in working with my attorney and the trustee, instead of helping me with a plan to reduce the monthly payments they increased them to almost double what I could pay.

This company even had the nerve to serve lawsuit papers on me, while I was going through the bankruptcy proceedings. They did not comply with the guidelines of low interest personal best unsecured loans loan bad credit the bankruptcy laws. I guess they thought they were above the law or something. Needless to say, because I could not pay the ridiculous payment they were requesting, my bankruptcy was dismissed. My lender IndyMac Bank, now known as One West Bank then decided to send me a loan modification package. I sent in all the paperwork they requested and kept requesting in order to get my loan modified. I heard nothing back from the lender as to whether it had been approved or not. I called and for three months I heard the same phrase, over and over again for 3 months every other day that I called, for a status report. How long does it take for someone to review 20 pages of paperwork and a hardship letter? I sent letters to IndyMac asking them to stall the foreclosure, explaining to them that I had 2 grandchildren ages 5 yrs and best unsecured loans 15 yrs living with me, plus my daughter and myself that they were willing to just throw out on the street, should the foreclosure happen. They were determined to get my house and were unwilling to help me keep it. Bottom line is, they did everything they could fast cash advance payday loan do, not help me.

I decided to put my home up for sale during the next 3 months in hopes, that it would sell before the auction date. It did not sell and so the auction went as scheduled. During the auction no one bought it, so it went back to the bank. I did not hear anything about what action was going to be taken in regards to the foreclosure after the auction, until 5 days later when I received paperwork taped to my door about a cash for keys program and who to contact about it. I contacted the real estate agent assigned by the bank and signed all the necessary papers for the cash for keys program. We complied, but I still received court papers with lies, stating that I refused to leave the property and they would be bringing a lawsuit against me.
