HUD counselors could not do this below analysis and assistance on their own, they accept everyone seeking assistance and have limited resources to apply to each case, and do not conduct loan disposition analysis. I am happy this got worked out, and will be made permanent, but man, the story i am going to write will not be surprising to some on this forum but needs to be told, as this is not the only isolated case.
